Costume info:
I made everything cloth wise other than the leotard and white gloves. (The blue part of the gloves I made.) I also made the broach.
The boots were bought off amazon (just look up blue gogo boots), the wig was purchased from ArdaWigs it was a straightened Jane in Royal Blue and the tiara was purchased off etsy from this seller --> www.etsy.com/listing/153232137…
