Fionna Hat Tutorial (The Wire Method) by MishaCosplay Fionna Hat Tutorial (The Wire Method) by MishaCosplay
This is my very own Fionna Hat Tutorial! This will show you how I made my Fionna! This isn't an "official" way to make the hat and you can try your hand at different methods but this is how I did it! First I must post some links that helped me in making my own Finn and Fionna hats.

How to wire Ears Tutorial by, :iconclearkid: : clearkid.deviantart.com/art/Ho…

Here is a list of materials that you will need! Some are optional!

:bulletblue: White Fleece about 1 1/2 yards. (This will be enough for 2 hats so if you mess up you can just make another. If you aren't worried about screw ups buy 1 yard.)
:bulletblue: White Thread and a needle
:bulletblue: Sewing machine (optional) ((I say optional only because you can hand sew the hat if you wish.))
:bulletblue: Fabric scissors
:bulletblue: masking tape or hot glue. (if you go for hot glue please be careful!)
:bulletblue: Floral wire (optional) ((you can use any kind of wire that pleases you.))
:bulletblue: Pins
:bulletblue: Stuffed animal stuffing. I know I've said in the past that cotton balls might work but that was because I've seen others use them. I don't know how they did it but cotton balls are more soft fluffy so they don't seem to work as well. try to get a polyester fiber, that's what I used and it seems to really hold it's shape better.

Feel free to ask any questions! I'm not very good at wording things so I truly hope I was able to help you.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR TAKING A LOOK AT MY TUTORIAL! I HOPE I WAS ABLE TO HELP! =D

Thank you to all those who's tutorials have helped me!

Thanks for the great tutorial. Figured out near the end to leave a hole unsewn in the lining between side and top to squeeze it all through.
Daughter is quite happy with her Halloween outfit now. instagram.com/p/fdsTK6RNH9/

Nice! This tutorial is really clear and easy to follow. I just don't understand what is the catch with the piece 1. Why can't you just fold the cloth and cut it in double so that the two pieces aren't separated? I'm not good at explaining but to me it seems like there's a lot easier way to cut it ''8D

Anyway. Great work! I hope my sewing skills don't betray me.
