This is my very own Fionna Hat Tutorial! This will show you how I made my Fionna! This isn't an "official" way to make the hat and you can try your hand at different methods but this is how I did it! First I must post some links that helped me in making my own Finn and Fionna hats.

Here is a list of materials that you will need! Some are optional!
White Fleece about 1 1/2 yards. (This will be enough for 2 hats so if you mess up you can just make another. If you aren't worried about screw ups buy 1 yard.) White Thread and a needle Sewing machine (optional) ((I say optional only because you can hand sew the hat if you wish.)) Fabric scissors masking tape or hot glue. (if you go for hot glue please be careful!) Floral wire (optional) ((you can use any kind of wire that pleases you.)) Pins Stuffed animal stuffing. I know I've said in the past that cotton balls might work but that was because I've seen others use them. I don't know how they did it but cotton balls and more soft fluffy stuffing doesn't seem to work as well. try to get a polyester fiber, that's what I used and it seems to really hold it's shape better.
Feel free to ask any questions! I'm not very good at wording things so I truly hope I was able to help you.
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR TAKING A LOOK AT MY TUTORIAL! I HOPE I WAS ABLE TO HELP!
Thank you to all those who's tutorials have helped me!
I do not take credit for any tutorial other than my own! I do not own Adventure Time in any way shape or form! nor do I take credit for the design of Fionna's hat!
ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED WITH THE HAT SEND ME A LINK TO SOME PICS OF IT! I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE FINISHED HAT(S)!!! (also if you wouldn't mind could you mention my tutorial along with a pic of your hat? I would love for more ppl to find it and use it. Thanks!)
Nice! This tutorial is really clear and easy to follow. I just don't understand what is the catch with the piece 1. Why can't you just fold the cloth and cut it in double so that the two pieces aren't separated? I'm not good at explaining but to me it seems like there's a lot easier way to cut it ''8D
Anyway. Great work! I hope my sewing skills don't betray me.
Well There is an easier solution, you can just cut the piece on the fold. The only thing you have to keep in mind is if you want lining in your hat you'll have to cut it twice on the fold instead of the way I did it. I'm not sure if anything I just typed made any sense but if you have any other questions feel free to ask and I'll try explaining it better. ^^ Good luck with your hat! and thank you for being so kind.
what? oh no! -runs around like a crazy person on youtube- I posted a new link. I found an even better tutorial vid that I'm sure you will enjoy! Thank you for letting me know!
Anyway. Great work! I hope my sewing skills don't betray me.
